At Blueberry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Blueberry tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
